Encora Energy served as Owner’s Engineer on behalf of the PPA provider for this behind-the-meter project, supporting our client - a solar investor and developer - through design and construction.
The 9.8MW solar array and 1.86MWh DC-coupled BESS were installed airside at a major airport, with a 2.8 km 11kV cable buried through live airport operations, including a crossing of the main entrance road.
Encora ensured safe, compliant delivery with no disruption to airport operations, while overseeing complex HV system integration and construction quality on behalf of project financiers
